Treatments

All treatments and procedures are carried out to the highest standard and comply with Aesthetic and beauty standards and guidelines. However  very rarely, outcomes do not meet patients expectations. There are no guarantee to the outcome, it is at the clients own risk that these procedures are performed. We do not offer refunds. All treatments are available to clients over 18 years. Results can vary on an individual basis.

Complaints Policy

Information for Patients About Complaints and Suggestions.

Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of service and we try to deal with all the complaints as quickly as possible.

We will assist you with the complaint procedure, if required, irrespective of race, age, disability or background.

The Patients are asked that in the event of any complaint, to speak or write to the Manager / Person in charge.

We also welcome any suggestions for service improvement and please do speak to us if you have any suggestions or views.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

We take a fully refundable (or redeemable against treatment) deposit for all our bookings, including those that are free of charge. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you call us minimum 48 hours before your appointment. Failure to give that notice will result in the deposit being taken by the clinic. This allows us to manage our diaries and offer the appointment time to another patient.
